Wijkermeer Investments concentrates mainly on the mid-market segment, with a focus on companies active in trade, manufacturing, electrical engineering and services. In addition, we are open to short-term financing opportunities. These can range from (convertible) loans, possibly with (real estate) collateral, to equity participations with a repurchase option.
As a family fund with a long-term vision, Wijkermeer Investments positions itself as an involved yet distant shareholder. We act as a proactive sparring partner, while leaving the day-to-day management in the hands of the board of directors.
